About Irish Worksheets

Irish Worksheets makes free printable Irish worksheets for children in Junior Infants to 6th Class, for parents and teachers – including parents who don't speak Irish themselves.

What you get

• Word searches, picture matching and flashcards on the topics children meet in school.
• The English meaning of every Irish word on the page, and an answer key.
• A4 PDFs you can print at home. No sign-up and no account.

How the Irish is checked

Worksheets are put together only from a word bank that a fluent Irish speaker checks, using the official standard spelling taught in Irish schools. Nothing is published until the words on it have been checked, and every sheet passes automatic checks before it goes on the site.
